We have a chat with Pauli and Greg on Skype

Smile for the Camera!!!

Champion Golfers At Bright!!!

27th March 2010. Nikki wins the Ladies competition at Bright with 40 points ... 88 off the stick. Feeling pretty good about that. Sticky, not to be outdone, gets his dream-score. Three under par. For some reason, that has been a goal of his for a very long time. To have a 69.

I Visit My Friend Sabine

Maggie and I were allowed to take the Red Rocket for a little run to Benalla to visit Sabine.

Sabine and I decide the Red Rocket needs a little action ... Sabine scores the driving seat.

She is very excited!!!

Mike took a photo of us on our return...

Talking to my Daddy on Skype!!!

I can't tell you how wonderful it is to catch up with my Dad on Skype in the evenings. Of course it is morning in the UK, so he is ALWAYS in his dressing gown. And that is just perfect. Here is my wonderful Dad, smiling into the camera. In the background I can see the door to my old bedroom... I love modern technology!

Bella

This is Isabella Rose, Sticky's first grandchild. Born in Canada to proud parents Robbie and Sarah. She is so incredibly beautiful and we can't wait to see her next year. Thanks for the photo, Milli!

Oh! It was Alison Gilbert! Pete Malkin's wonderful partner.

We have returned to Bright for a couple of weeks and are staying in Pete and Alison's garden. It is just lovely here, along Robert's Creek Road, near the golf course, with wonderful views to Mt Buffalo. Thanks, so much Alison and Pete, for your wonderful hospitality...

Sticky, relaxing after a hard day's work... steak on the bar-b-que, yummy salad and of course a glass of Boynton's shiraz. Life is tough.

I played golf today at Bright golf course, and had fun catching up with all the ladies. Didn't play particularly well, but had some excellent shots to remember.

Sticky and ANOTHER WOMAN!!!

I knew it!!! Sticky has ANOTHER WOMAN in the car and is driving along, happy as can be!

DISGRACEFUL. And he is totally non-repentant.

Sticky and I stay with Liz, Tim and the Doggies

Tuesday morning. All is well. Lissie and the dogs have a lie in.

Kasey and Summer waiting for someone to throw the ball.
Zeus. A rather large dog. Very placid and sweet. (I think he is a horse, actually)

Maggie Shows Off Her New Jumpsuit

We went to Lygon Street, and into Ishkas - a wonderful shop. Maggie has found a total bargain... this really cute jumpsuit. I think she will be buying it!
Here is Maggie, modelling her new purchase in the hallowed halls of Melbourne University.

Back in Melbourne

I have come to visit Maggie at Queens! She is happy to see me and welcomes me to her new room.

The new corridor to her place... A bit brickie.
But she has made her room very comfortable and homely. Of course, Lillypad has taken pride of place. Maggie, Lillypad and I shared this little bed.
Maggie's wall is covered with photos of family and friends...

... including our trip to the UK and Rome...
And of course, her Dad and Mum.

We took a stroll through the gardens.

And checked out "The Master's" house.

And a wonderful Morton Bay Fig.
I went to University and attended a couple of lectures... Biopsych and Developmental Psych. Loved every minute of it. Fancy myself as a student here.

Our Last Days In Tasmania

With a little sadness in our hearts, we head back towards Stanley...

Incredible weather awaits us and we decide to climb the Nut together... it is tough work.
... The view, however is well worth it. We can see the Vannie, having a rest at the caravan park below.
And the sea is so very calm. And blue.
Checking out to see whether there are any fishing boats coming in, laden with our dinner.
Very happy us.
The next morning we head to the very west of Tasmania
And find the "Edge of the World" at Arthur River.

The Edge of the World...

We head back to Stanley, suitably amazed. Now for a hit of golf!
Nice motion shot here, demonstrating Steve's golf technique. Something for Nikki to learn.
If I can get of my ar**!!
Another heavenly shot...
Actually, my ball ends up closer to the hole!
