Last week I gave a talk and demonstration on kinesiology. It was great fun in a casual small group setting. I was able to iron out the patter as well as show complete beginners how kinesiology works. Roll on next months talk!!!

The Hair Saga

I decided I hated my new hair colour.  Went to the hairdressers and asked them to strip the colour out.  They got lots out, but a vaguely orange colour remains.  Sigh.  That'll teach me to try something radical... Now I have to wait until the orange fades.  In the meantime the colour looks a bit like my scalp showing through.

My friend Julie took this photo on a walk along the Merimbula shore. A special place with a special friend!  We are at one of the lookouts.  Well worth doing this walk as it leads up to the Wharf Restaurant.  I love walks with destinations!

Delicious Dinner ... Divine Company.  Sarah is the most amazing healer.  And she and I are very similar.  Both Poms, 7 days difference in our ages.  Both came out to Australia at roughly the same time.  Both now in the South Coast doing healing work.
